Information sharing: Who we intend to share information with and why

Psaros Communications does not, in the normal course of business, share, rent or sell its customer information. We may share other contact information with other professional organisations (including our event sponsors/exhibitors) to promote similar products and services. If you do not want to make your details available please select the appropriate option when you register an enquiry or place an order.

No list supplied by Psaros Communications may be used by anyone other than for the confidential use of the original mailer. All lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against abuse; violators will be prosecuted.

Security and data protection

Psaros Communications takes precautions to protect your information. When users submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Occasionally, even after you have unsubscribed, it may be necessary to send you important service announcements about an event you are attending, for example, we may contact you to inform you of a venue.
